SAFe Release Train Engineer

As a SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), you will coordinate Agile Release Trains (ARTs), ensuring that teams, dependencies, and roadmaps align for seamless delivery. You’ll act as a servant leader, guiding teams through SAFe processes while facilitating PI planning, tracking progress, and driving continuous improvement.
This role goes beyond standard project management—it requires deep knowledge of SAFe principles, proactive risk mitigation, and the ability to bring multiple teams together toward a common goal. Your ability to resolve bottlenecks, communicate across departments, and ensure transparency will be essential to success.
