Data Governance Specialist

Remote

As a Data Governance Specialist, you’ll define and enforce policies that ensure data integrity, security, and compliance. You’ll work with engineering, analytics, and legal teams to establish governance frameworks that keep data well-managed and trustworthy.

In startup environments, agility and compliance must go hand in hand. You’ll set up data classification standards, improve metadata management, and ensure that teams have access to high-quality, well-documented datasets. Whether working on GDPR compliance, defining access controls, or auditing data usage, your role will be pivotal in making data an asset rather than a liability.
